Who We Are
Live Shows was founded in 2021 and have since rapidly grown through the eastern seaboard of Australia. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service to all our clients.
We work with most major Aged Care providers and their payment processes. All bookings are managed through professional software, which ensures reliability, and reduces workloads for Lifestyle team members. We help plan yearly calendars and can provide full reports on all past and future bookings. Our invoice system provides accurate invoices, sent the day after the performance.
We can assist with urgent short notice bookings and will do our very best to organise a replacement artist should your booked artist become unavailable due to sickness or any other reason.
Meet the Founders
Nigel
FounderWith a lifetime in customer service, and a performing musician for decades, Nigel is well qualified as the National Manager of Live Shows.
Nigel's ability to connect performers with residents brings him great satisfaction, knowing he is assisting in improving the lives of aged care residents. Nigel enjoys performing live music each week. His role of MC, resident musician and booking agent has provided a network of musicians across Australia and overseas.
Carol
DirectorCarol's father lived with dementia and moved into aged care during the last years of his life. Carol is passionate about enriching quality of life for aged care residents. She is proud to assist in providing enjoyable experiences for the elderly.
Carol's background is in customer service and account management. Carol looks after all accounting, invoicing and administrative aspects of the business. Both Carol and Nigel coordinate entertainment bookings.
