Our Zumba Instructors are trained in classes for seniors. They provide movement with music tailored for the age group and ability of your residents. Usually a 30-minute class. Can be 60-minutes if residents are more active or capable with exercise. Yoga is a popular choice to help with relaxation, and Tai Chi can assist with movement and balance. Animal visits are always popular with residents, families and staff. See the delight on residents faces as they hold, brush and feed farmyard animals.
